New tactic...I will continue to review the month in goals 3 or 4 days before the end of the month, because recognizing failure is a pretty decent motivator.
Having beaten myself up for a lousy month, I ended up pulling a couple of rabbits out of the hat:
- A date (ish)
- A night with a friend I've lost touch with
- Enrolled in a BYU class
- Lost another pound
I wish that I wasn't so motivated by the fear of failure...I'd like to find more of my motivation from the pursuit of success. But let's be honest, as long as I get there, I guess it doesn't matter?
